Amanda is such a great instructor!!!!! You don't need any experience and she takes you step by easy step on how to create a masterpiece!!!! AND SHE IS FUN!!
Amanda is a wonderful teacher and encouraging! She is also very funny and friendly. Highly recommend her classes.
Several years ago my daughter started doing a monthly children's class with Amanda with Cork n Canvas. I later started doing online and then in person classes as well. Amanda is the best art instructor I've come across. She's detailed and patient and explains everything in a way that makes sense. She also makes it clear that you do NOT have to do your painting exactly like she's done it - it's yours and you can paint it as you want to. Had a great time. Lots of fun. My picture was the worst. But I expe ted that. Still it was fun . I e enjoyed getting out of my comfort zone.
If you want to paint and be belittled the entire class then make sure Amanda from Cork N Barrel is your teacher. She will be sure you walk out of there feeling like the toddler you are. She will talk the entire 3 hours, remind you Every 5 minutes to put your paint brushes in the water. I will NEVER come to a painting class again. There was NO FUN! Her attempt at humour was terrible.
