I booked an appt online with Dr Lindquist, not my regular Dr but I have seen him many times (I use to work here). I got a call from Rae (receptionist) telling me I can't see Greg, and I had to see Dr Yemi. I said, No I want to see Greg, she said you have to see Yemi, I will book it with him. When did it become the receptionists choice for the Dr you get to see. Rae needs to learn, patients have a choice to see whichever Dr they would like. She also needs to learn how to speak to people. The waiting time for a booked appointment at this clinic is approx. 1 hour every time we've been here. The doctor consultation itself is only 5 mins and the cost is $80. Receptionist is also not helpful and can be rude. Be prepared if you make a booking at this place.
I have been coming to this practice for over 30 years but the last 2 occasions have been less than perfect. The reception staff make mistakes. I was overcharged yesterday and told they can’t refund the difference. Easy to take money though. I won’t be coming back, which is sad after so long.
