The waiting time for a booked appointment at this clinic is approx. 1 hour every time we've been here. The doctor consultation itself is only 5 mins and the cost is $80. Receptionist is also not helpful and can be rude. Be prepared if you make a booking at this place.
I have been coming to this practice for over 30 years but the last 2 occasions have been less than perfect. The reception staff make mistakes. I was overcharged yesterday and told they can’t refund the difference. Easy to take money though. I won’t be coming back, which is sad after so long.
