very unethical/unbprofessional - buyers shouldn't work with them Very unprofessional, unethical, lack of integrity, agents have no ethics, don't care about buyer, very abusive, don't know the rules/polices/what is CA/fedral law to list missing things in a house when helping buyer clients. The agents/realty push buyer sign papers even with pending items in contengencies. Ray (Lillian's relative or may be husband) is very unprofessional.
