I'm a former employee of 2 years and one of lil few of their best aides. This company justified and beat me me getting mad about my pay checks. They have nothing but young inexperienced girls,who have not been properly trained or trained at all in home care. they start aides off with maybe 9.50 hour, over work you,short on staff, no incentives no overtime,no holiday pay, no mileage and no health insurance.....
