The employee who assisted us at the office did not appear competent and did not inspire confidence in her abilities. She seemed distracted and disoriented, and the equipment she helped set up was not secured properly—the strap she installed came loose almost immediately. This business has continued to steal from me by charging my account, despite the fact that I ceased to use their services FIVE MONTHS ago. I have had to go by three times because nobody ever answers the phone to reiterate that they need to stop charging me, yet here we are. I submitted the initial notice in writing with enough time to spare, I told her verbally MANY TIMES, and she still continues to charge me. I'm reporting it as fraud at this point.

Don’t store anything here. You can never get ahold of anyone and the rats are awful. Went into the office and a woman was passed out on the couch. She finally woke and was obviously on something. I left and moved out. Place stinks like dead animals. The storage buildings are in disrepair. Your stuff isn’t safe here. They never answer their phone. Voicemail is always full. Office isn’t staffed and is rarely occupied.

Rented a trailer for my move. Like everyone else, my experience with the lady behind the counter was terrible. She’s rude and has no business running a customer facing business. Didn’t even give me a copy of my rental agreement. 100% she has no repeat business and only is still in business because people don’t read reviews before they go there.
