Dr. Weckerle and her entire staff are kind, caring, and genuinely want to help. I feel listened to and respected as a patient. She cares about your quality of life. Great bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable, kind, and straight forward.
Terrible customer service!! I was running late to appointment and was under assumption 15 min grace period. I had called to let them know on the way and was on hold for 20 mins. Finding out that's the call center i talked to and they did not relay the message to the office therefore was denied being seen at the office upon arrival. Very frustrating to drive over and hour and had already filled out my pre check in prior to appt. Handled poorly and lost a patient. We saw Dr. Weckerle today for my husband’s osteoarthritis. She has a wonderful, caring manner about her. She asked many questions and did a thorough exam. She answered every question we had. I would highly recommend her!
