Terrible customer service!! I was running late to appointment and was under assumption 15 min grace period. I had called to let them know on the way and was on hold for 20 mins. Finding out that's the call center i talked to and they did not relay the message to the office therefore was denied being seen at the office upon arrival. Very frustrating to drive over and hour and had already filled out my pre check in prior to appt. Handled poorly and lost a patient. We saw Dr. Weckerle today for my husband’s osteoarthritis. She has a wonderful, caring manner about her. She asked many questions and did a thorough exam. She answered every question we had. I would highly recommend her!
I love Dr. Weckerle, she cares about her patients by listening and addressing their concerns. She’s very good at what she does. I’m glad to have been referred to her by primary care physician. If your looking for the best look no further.
Minus 1 star for this doctor, she didn't physically examine me. I had 5 vitals of blood drawn and never explained to me what the labs were for and what were the results, she just said I have RA. She put me on RA medication and I called back to get some answers on the labs but I never got a call back.
