Nikki at the front desk is EXTREMELY rude!!!! I was scheduled at 2:30 for my appointment. I walked out at 3:30 after being there for an hour and not getting called back. There was hardly anyone in there and I walked up to the front desk TWICE and each time Nikki slammed the window in my face and was very very rude!!!!! I called to complain and she asked me “what the problem is?” So not only is she rude, but ghetto and unprofessional. She hung up on me and wouldn’t let me speak to anyone. 0/10 do not recommend!!!!!!

This office is not up to date. Nikki is rude and she doesn't get things done. I can't wait until open enrollment so I can go back to Dr. Wafer office. I dislike this establishment.

I'm a military spouse and was assigned this Dr as my primary care manager. I have called this office twice to make an appointment and both times the lady who answers the phone is rude and unhelpful. It has irritated me enough to seek a different provider. If the Dr keeps this type of foolish customer service then I don't even want to be seen medically.

Went in to as directed to discuss some medical things going on and was talked to by the doctor like I was incompetent. I sat in my car crying after my appointment because of how I was talked down to.
