Holds meds hostage can even get a refill of prescription to regulate hypothyroid. Makes you come in for every refill. Office does not answer the phone so good luck getting appointment. They put your health at risk…danger
This is the absolute worst doctor's office I have ever visited. Be prepared to spend countless hours on the phone just trying to schedule an appointment, only to be told it's over three months out. To make matters worse, the wait time at the office is 2-3 hours. How can they treat patients like this? The staff is extremely rude, and the doctor refuses to offer virtual appointments, forcing you to come in for even minor issues because she's so money-hungry. I have been trying to get my mother's help for over a month she is in pain and she needs a acupuncturist referal and they refuse to do it over the phone. Finally they schedule a appointment after my mother has gone to the er twice because they refuse to help her then they call us telling us we have 2 appointments and he need to cancel them. This doctor has zero bedside manner. Firstly she stood as far away as she could with a mask on as if I had leprosy. Laughable! I was there for head neck, back and nerve pain and was NOT ill. Geez! She was extremely rude, condescending and dismissive. Her gaslighting left me speechless and as a result I will not be going back to this office and do NOT recommend her! Terrible experience!
Terrible bedside manner! Very condescending and gaslighting with a nasty whiny tone. Not one caring bone in her! She doesn’t listen (or maybe comprehend) at all either. I will not be going back nor would I recommend her to anyone! It’s disgusting that physicians like her are still in business. Wasted my time and money. Disgraceful! Oh and she wears a stupid mask and stands far away from you like you’re a leper. What the heck? Ridiculous. She’s a neurologist not a contagious disease doctor. Just laughable!!
