Be warned: this husband and wife team of Chris and Erick Phelps were list agent, buyer agent, and seller agent on a short sale we had a contract on. We found out 6 weeks later their client had a contract also. Their pocket buyer got the house (of course) and Corin Bay got the entire \$27,000.00 commission.
