During an outpatient visit for a Celiac consultation with my daughter, we experienced a delay of over an hour before a junior doctor arrived. After taking our history and prescribing medication, he departed to seek Dr. Klepper. Upon his return, he completed the order independently. Dr. Klepper subsequently made a brief appearance, repeating the entire process for us. Our appointment with the specialist Dr. Klepper’s was a poor experience because of her unprofessional conduct and disregard for others’ time.
