The management team, was always professional and responded to maintenance requests within 24 hr The unit itself has [Feature, e.g., huge windows/modern appliances] and I rarely heard my neighbors. The location is perfect if you want to be near mill woods . Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stress-free rental!"

I stayed at Corian since moving to Canada in 2017 and just last week moved out after almost 8 years. This has been home for me and my family forever with the lively, friendly ambience and excellent service provided by the associates at the office , especially Donna, she has always been very kind, helpful, supportive and understanding.initialy She helped us in suite selection and now facilitated our move out very smoothly without any hastle and no additional charges . Property Management Team is top-tier. Their customer service is above par. Way back when we were still looking, Donna was always very flexible with her schedule for an ocular. Suites are spacious and easy to maintain. Building exteriors and shared spaces are well well kempt. Their rates are reasonable, requirements are uncomplicated, approval and onboarding process is speedy. The use of their community portal for all types of comms makes it efficient.
