I’m very happy with the management of this apartment. Navdeep who manages everything is extremely helpful, kind, and professional. Whenever I have any issue or concern, I can call her and she always takes the time to listen and find a solution. She is very friendly, respectful, and genuinely cares about the residents. I really appreciate all her help and support. Thank you for always being so kind and helpful! Highly recommended!
Nothing about this place is good. Do not recommend to anyone. Please save your money and time and avoid any Boarldwalk to be honest. Horrible service with any maintenance request. Nothing gets done on time yet the price of the rent gets increased. No proper communication between workers or the front staff. Do not waste your time to even come in to check this place out. My experience with the building management over the past two years has been extremely disappointing. Since the new area manager, Lizbeth, took over, I have seen a significant decline in the way the building is managed. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of understanding of how to properly manage the building, communicate with residents, and support the maintenance team and employees. Fix the gaddamn roads on your parking lot like holy its been 4months now and no one even bothered like come on
PART 2: People regularly do laundry at 6:00 a.m., 11:00 p.m., or even 1:00 a.m. You can call the support line or building management, but they don’t do anything, even when they tell you they’re sending security. You can also email both customer support and the building management expressing your concerns, but nothing ever gets addressed because they simply don’t care.
