Keeping my review at 4 stars due to the additional $50 charge for an unexpected “tray fee”, AKA “hidden fee”. That should have been in writing, when I booked and paid IN FULL the requested amount from Cori. I was never told that there would be a third fee after I paid everything in full. After the second consultation, if my brows are essentially to my standard, I will change the rating to five. I give four stars due to the overall color, placement, and shape. Parts of my brows lack color and parts missing color. The placement is uneven. If you mirrored the brows they look like two different shapes. When I go in for the touch up, I’m hoping for smoothness.
