Wow! Where do I begin? I’m honestly blessed and full of joy that I met Dr. Wright. He did my surgery in August of 2024. It’s been a breeze since. His patience and understanding along with showing step by step of what he will do during the procedure and how recovery will go and how we will get through it together. Not only is he a surgeon that cares but his a doctor that listens and when you have both that’s an angel for life! God is good! Thank you again!!!
Recommendation: Thanks to a referral by a friend, Dr. Corey Wright at Mary Washington General Surgery near Central Park met with my 82 year old father and me for a consult regarding repairing my dad's inguinal hernia. Then after my dad was cleared by his cardiologist, Dr. Wright surgically repaired the hernia on Tuesday. We are three days post op, and my dad is doing amazing and is so relieved and appreciative of the care he received. Dr Wright did hernia surgery on my Dad a few months ago and we were so pleased. He is an excellent surgeon and has one of the best bedside manners that I’ve seen in a long time. Our family highly recommend his services!
Dr Wright is a wonderful surgeon, showing consideration and compassion with patients. The Dr explained every step of the surgery, answered all questions, and made sure my husband was comfortable with the proceedure before setting a date. Dr Wright explained, in detail, how the proceedure had went with me while my husband was in recovery. It meant a great deal to my husband and I that Dr Wright's office was reliable in returning calls and answering questions while he was home rehabilitating.
Corey is a Responsive , compassionate, and highly skilled surgeon with a great bedside manner . We are very pleased with the way he handled our Mom’s emergency surgery . - R-
