When someone is done wrong without an explanation they are going to be pissed off. I will not stand for how I was treated here. I am not one to ever write a review but after reading a similar complaint, I felt compelled to speak up. I had an appointment on Monday. 5 days prior to my appointment, they tried calling me while I was at work. I returned their phone call at 4PM, just 4 hours from the time they tried calling, only for them to tell me because I couldn’t confirm my appointment, they went ahead and filled it. It takes months to get into a dentist. This is so unprofessional. Just heads up, they will cancel you without warning.
I had a appointment for about 6 months and they called to confirm my appointment “I told the lady to leave my appointment on the schedule, I was going to clear it with my manager leaving early for work for that day “ because she said the next appointment was all the way in April. So I call the day of to confirm my appointment time and she says oh we gave your appointment to someone else. I’m thinking are you kidding me. 6 month I’ve waited for this appointment and now another 6 months with tooth pain . They don’t care about ... read more
Apparently they only accept new customers who pay cash and not insurance.
Very nice staff. Dr Carter is wonderful.
