I am not one to ever write a review but after reading a similar complaint, I felt compelled to speak up. I had an appointment on Monday. 5 days prior to my appointment, they tried calling me while I was at work. I returned their phone call at 4PM, just 4 hours from the time they tried calling, only for them to tell me because I couldn’t confirm my appointment, they went ahead and filled it. It takes months to get into a dentist. This is so unprofessional. Just heads up, they will cancel you without warning.
I had a appointment for about 6 months and they called to confirm my appointment “I told the lady to leave my appointment on the schedule, I was going to clear it with my manager leaving early for work for that day “ because she said the next appointment was all the way in April. So I call the day of to confirm my appointment time and she says oh we gave your appointment to someone else. I’m thinking are you kidding me. 6 month I’ve waited for this appointment and now another 6 months with tooth pain . They don’t care about ... read more
Apparently they only accept new customers who pay cash and not insurance.
Very nice staff. Dr Carter is wonderful.
I've been going here for a few months and they are always super nice and get me in as quick as possible. I have never felt judged or left feeling like I didn't get good service. Dr. Carter and his team have done an excellent job with helping me get my dental health in order with the least amount of pain.
