Love the doctor, but HATE the office staff. It takes forever to get anything done. In the day of electronic communication, we should have an efficient way of ensuring the office staff is regularly checking on communications regarding pump supply orders, etc. It's a process, in know! But this is an endo office, shame on you, you should be on top of this! Patients shouldn't have to go through so much stress to figure this out. If I could give NO stars I would, just based on the office staff. Very unfortunate.
Dr. Majors is an excellent Doctor . He takes his time with his patients , explains everything in depth . Great bedside manner , couldn't ask for a better dr . The office on the other hand is terrible . They do not answer messages that you leave , my chart messages or even get back to the pharmacy who has been calling and faxing for refills of lifesaving medications for a Type 1 patient. This is unacceptable . I wish Dr. Majors was not with North Oaks it is terrible . We will not be returning just because of this .
Dr. Major's always takes time to explains things about my medical condition so I can understand. He is a valuable doctor that's worth going to see. He's both friendly and professional at the same time. 💯
