Problem with billing and office manager was rude. My eyeglasses were fine though. The medical staff was fine, though I was reluctant to have eye surgery done as recommended without a second opinion. I felt the doctor was dismissive of my concerns. Going to the Eye Infirmary of Mount Sinai in NYC where I have total confidence in them and they charge Medicare no problem no hassle

Arrived 30 minutes earlier on my appointment in Springfield office , did my online check in 2 days prior which includes taking pictures of your insurance card, I went to the receptionist she told me that my appointment was canceled because I don’t have insurance on file, that they need to verify before the appointment, never received a call or communication that my appointment was canceled, I file a PTO just for this appointment and by the way people in this office needs training in customer service.
Today I had an appointment 12:15 pm with Dr. Patel due to an emergency, 45 minutes passed, they never attended to me, not even because I begged them to help me. A Chinese lady arrived to ask me private questions at the reception without respecting my privacy, very rude and unprofessional. Very sad the mistreatment received in the Union office
