Acostumbro a visitar esta oficina por muchos años , pero puedo decir que el servicio ha cambiado mucho , muy mal servicio al cliente por parte de la manager , hoy tenía una cita a las 11 00 am , aunque llegué a las 10.50 am , estuve que esperar más de 2 horas para atenderme , , el servicio ha desmejorado de forma significativa , su customers service deja mucho por mejorar , gracias .
KILL THE HOLD MUSIC. The staff is amazing, I have nothing but good things to say about the practice. But the hold music is is like listening to an AM radio on a drive through the countryside. SERIOUSLY.
