New to town so tried Dr Truman. Mine might be the worse case scenario. I've had many dental procedures so not overly anxious. During a procedure to fill a cavity I experienced a lot of pain. I told Dr Truman and he injected additional xylocaine but mentioned he usually doesn't need to use that much. Procedure remained uncomfortable. Later, as the numbing meds wore off the pain increased, enough to call Dr Truman after hours and was prescribed narcotic pain medication, a first for me with a dental procedure. Went for an emergency dental procedure today, him and his staff was so nice and friendly. Have found a new dentist to go to in the process. They are great, eased my pain in my jaw and tooth and now feel so much better. Thanks so much y'all have earned my and my family's business from now on. ☆☆☆☆☆
Dr. Truman is a good guy. You can always count on him when you need dental work. He fixed the mess that another dentist made and saved me a lot. He and his staff really care about all the patients.
He is a great dentist but his staff will call you 3 times the same day that you make an appointment to change the time or the date of your appointment very very inconvenient! Definitely when you have it set and they put someone else ahead of you
Dr Truman and his staff are the absolute best in town, they are patient and kind and will tell you the truth about your care without making you feel ashamed if you haven't been the best at maintaining your own dental care. Love hartland and actually enjoy going to the dentist now!
