If I could give a 0 stars I would this guy is awful. His assistant is a liar and the worst very rude and unkind. I definitely would not ever recommend them to anyone. I was kicked out of the office because I got a second opinion as it relates to my own health but really what it was about is because I didn't schedule my health concerns with him due to his awful assistant that cant be trusted. There is much better out here don't be fooled..
Incredibly rude scheduling staff — received a referral from WR Urgent Care, and the scheduling woman treated me as if I was a prank phone call. Experiencing horible lower GI pain, and the woman literally barked and me, repeating questions impatiently before telling me the practice doesn’t deal with hemorrhoids. Horrible experience which I reported to both the referring WR clinic and the main hospital. Keep your attitude - nasty staff
I liked him when first there. I had liked his np on a first visit a lot. On a very rainy day this July I took a 45 minute buscride from work in Cleveland, got in my car with rain pouring down , drove as quickly and safely to the new place on seasons road as I could and was 5 minutes late. By the time someone came to get me back about 12 minutes late. I sat there in wet clothes waiting for almost an hour for him. NO real physical exam just talking.
