I’ve been with this agency for almost 8 years now. Car AND house. I got rear ended on May 9th & was ran around in circles for over a month on what to do to get my car fixed. They say they strive for customer satisfaction but that was far from the case here. I had to do all of the leg work and call the other persons insurance day after day to try to get this taken care of.
