Dr. Bickoff is an excellent doctor. I have been his patient for many years. He is thorough and knows his patients records, we're not just a number or a name on a chart. He explains everything in full detail. He is very professional and it is evident that he enjoys helping people in this field of medicine. Thanks for years of support, Dr. Bickoff!

Excellent doctor! I went to Dr. Bickoff upon a friend's recommendation. I had previously seen three other ophthalmologists who could not figure out my eye problem. Dr. Bickoff took the time to provide an in-depth examination and from there immediately set up and sent me for an MRI. Thank goodness he did! The MRI showed a brain tumor which I subsequently had removed. If this was not caught, I would have eventually gone blind. He has my highest recommendation!
I have been a patient of Dr. Bickoff since he opened his practice in Freeport. I visit Dr. Bickoff's office twice yearly for a complete eye exam. He is the most professional and concerned doctor I have ever gone to. He has come in when I have had an eye emergency. His office staff has always been courteous and respectful. I wish I could say this for all my other doctors. He is truly a gem of a physician and I have referred him to my friends and colleagues who still visit him
Very unprofessional, overbooks clients for the same appointment and has them waiting for over an hour for the same time slot, then rushes through each appointment. The receptionist even conducts the eye exams...I waited over an hour to be told there was no change in prescription from my last appointment years ago (which was obviously inaccurate), and when confronted he handled himself very unprofessionally and was extremely condescending and rude. Will NEVER be going back, terrible experience!!!
