The genetics scheduling department doesn’t answer phone calls it will always ends up in the voicemail and eventhough you leave a message they will never return your call. I got through one time (three calls in a row) and spoke with Taylor who was very nice. She said to set up a patient portal for my daughter which I did and then to call her back so we could set up an appt. I have tried to call many five times and left voicemails as well as a message in the patient portal but no response.
The genetics scheduling department doesn’t answer phone calls it will always ends up in the voicemail and eventhough you leave a message they will never return your call. So don’t waste your time calling.
