Took my daughter to be seen for frequent nosebleeds and did take a few minutes before deciding on what to do (procedure is a big deal). When we decided to take with the procedure route we did feel that it was rushed. My daughter has more frequent nosebleeds now. Made an appointment to see an ENT. Had to wait a month for an appointment . . . No problem. Office called the day of appointment and cancelled. Offered their next available appointment ANOTHER month out. Terrible customer service.
I need a appoitment but said there's only a dr Scott works here part time no other Dr's work there and wait was 6 weeks then only 830 or 9 am. Anyone know a good ent ? I need a biopsy and mine retired.
