Slowest lab in history. The entire process is inefficient. The registrars have to get up to see the next number then they shout that number. Then patient sits down. Next phlebotomists have to get up and go into a room to see what the next number is. Come on Beaumont, improve this horrible process. And, desk three could be a tad nicer. What’s the purpose of the person at desk? Gets paid to hand you a number ? Eliminate that position and buy a electronic system like they use at a meat counter or bakery. This is the worst hospital ever. Abusive, disrespectful, and they do not care about anyone. Avoid this place.
I called the lab 3 days the phone rang for over 30 times. Hung up and call back again.Same thing. He had the operator reach out to them.Didn't answer for her neither. Very disappointed , I see why they are ratings is low.
Came in for lab work they had a flood apparently everything was just unprofessional including staff. You have to walk a long time to get to registration and that is not ideal for someone with a parent with a walker. While getting blood work a woman from registration had come in yelling and using vulgarity with the lab workers while there was 2 kids in the lab I mean it was all just disgusting to see woman is blonde short hair older in age did not get a name it was on a Saturday yelling at 2 girls with black hair and it was u... read more
Over drew blood (19 valves) for 1 test ordered. Needs thorough training in reading, double checking order for accuracy of clarity and to listen to patient.
