Higher more administrative people. I shouldn’t have to sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes just to check in and drop off samples I took at home. What’s should have been a in and out took 45 minutes because you have no staff on hand. If you go here be prepared to wait because they don’t want hire people.
Since Corewell took over, the place has significantly deteriorated in service and cleanliness.
The service was efficient.
