Came in for an early Saturday morning blood test and had a very pleasant admission experience, but I then encountered the MOST unfriendly Lab Tech I've ever had. I said, "Good morning. How are you today?" Not a word of response , just a stiff unhappy face. I tried to be friendly, but she wasn't having any of it. Good side was that she was proficient in her blood draw, but what an unpleasant woman!
Been here numerous times, and each time the blood draw has been excellent. I mean painless, quick, professional etc
I am SO impressed with the lab!! I was in and out of that chair in under 2 minutes I mean that very literally. I am slightly embarrassed that I was giving a pep talk to the lab tech because I am generally considered a very difficult draw usually requiring ultrasound to assist and she was practically done before I finished speaking. I am removing a star based on how I was treated prior to the draw as the person collecting the orders was kind of abrasive if you will. Overall g
Pediatric scoliosis x-rays are impossible to have done here. I came here twice, almost six months apart. There machine needs to be replaced. Not worked on, not just tagged, REPLACED. You’re then recommended to go to Troy almost 50 minutes in the opposite direction. Waist of time.
