My husband and I made a visit a little over a week ago after my husband was feeling slightly dizzy. We were brought back immediately with every one providing immediate care that included an EKG, IV and defib pads on. He was diagnosed with complete heart block and a transfer was immediately initiated to move him to Troy hospital. used to think this hospiotol was good, now they over dosed insullin and she went low bloob sugar, they forget to give her her medicine,your food trays pile up all day, garbage is full to the top .dont change her bedding,and floors are stickey in spots,never again here
Love this lab. Everyone from the receptionists that check you in, to the technicians that draw your blood are so very kind and helpful. Even if my physician is in the St. John/Henry Ford network I go here for services because they are outstanding!
Definitely do NOT recommend this place! They are greedy and only care about money and not their patients. I scheduled an E-visit for allergies/sinus pressure, which was one of the options to select on the questionnaire that they have you fill out. In the comments I mentioned a medication that worked for me in the past and asked if they could prescribe that for me. (I hadn't had a script for it since 2021). They let my daughter die
Have been fighting for weeks with his office and Optum RX to get a refill on my anti depressant meds! Not a great experience for someone fighting with depression! Would no longer recommend as neither he or his staff seem to care about this. I have called and messaged but have been ignored! Go elsewhere!
Absolutely horrible care for stitches. When they found out I did not have insurance they over billed me.
My experience: He is a brilliant doctor! Unfortunately his staff are lazy and incompetent They do not answer the phones except to put you on hold until you hag up. They don't pay attention to the refill line. I was forced to find a new doctor after three months.
Dr Weatherby is very thorough. I was referred to her and it took me months to get an appointment (this was a good sign to me). I was panicking about my test results and then she emailed me explaining the results which was like a weight lifted. I look forward to progress regarding my health and wellbeing.
