Terrible customer service in the lab!!! "I've been doing this for 47 years, is that good enough for you" is what I got when I asked the older lady that was getting ready to draw blood from my 15 month old son. Then I was given serious attitude when I said I'd rather take x-rays first "well I'm ready right now".
I was nervous to come here because of the low rating, but I was treated very respectfully and I definitely would come here again if I need another mri.
4/14/26 The only reason I am giving this score is because of the woman you have at the kiosk trying to help people. She was beyond rude rushing me and others as they came in so she could start walking around and socializing with the staff behind the desk. However as I waited for my appointment listening to the staff behind the desk they were pleasant helpful cheerful and empathetic, they seem to go above and beyond she could learn a lot from them.
