I went to this location and the receptionist Anissa Forbes made my visit very uncomfortable her demeanor and attitude was very off putting. My experience here was terrible and I would not recommend
My visit was very pleasant,but the office is very slow with faxing info. My short term disability is waiting for documentation and it's very frustrating.
I wish I could tell you something about the doctors there but after being on hold for 25 minutes trying to get an appointment I gave up. The person who put me on hold was quite surly also.
Very hard to get someone on the phone here. Which is odd considering most times there's four ladies sitting at the reception desk. Be mindful there's only one ever really on the phone. Had an appointment today walked past two clerks just to check out. On the upside my appointment was fast and efficient. The decorum was pleasant and everyone was professional for the most part. Will not be going back to this location if I can help it.
Above and beyond doctor Alex M. And the office staff really exceeded above any other practice they were polite caring and went out of their way to help treat me today even though my insurance was a mess, I’m only sorry that I don’t live here and cannot continue my care here you really don’t find to many doctors like dr Alex M. Anymore and his staff thanks again for treating me in the orthopedic urgent care today
