I wish I could tell you something about the doctors there but after being on hold for 25 minutes trying to get an appointment I gave up. The person who put me on hold was quite surly also.
Very hard to get someone on the phone here. Which is odd considering most times there's four ladies sitting at the reception desk. Be mindful there's only one ever really on the phone. Had an appointment today walked past two clerks just to check out. On the upside my appointment was fast and efficient. The decorum was pleasant and everyone was professional for the most part. Will not be going back to this location if I can help it.
Above and beyond doctor Alex M. And the office staff really exceeded above any other practice they were polite caring and went out of their way to help treat me today even though my insurance was a mess, I’m only sorry that I don’t live here and cannot continue my care here you really don’t find to many doctors like dr Alex M. Anymore and his staff thanks again for treating me in the orthopedic urgent care today
My experience was, to say the least, not the Doctor's it was the person that greeted us. Let me explain, I knew that I was running late and I knew that they would probably have to reschedule my appointment, but the person that at the front desk was a very cold. I don't know about you guys, but I feel a certain way about your pre care. I went to building 5 and the person at the front desk was very frustrating, very sterile and cold. Worst Drs office I have ever been to. Don't care about their patients at all. The girl that supposedly does the pre-authorizations does nothing but talk over you and doesn't want to do her job. They tell you won't have to pay for their X-rays as you just had them done at the hospital only to bill you $500+. So t trust them
