Absolutely fantastic. Receptionist, nurse, xray tech and PA were all professional, kind and genuinely concerned. Less than 1.5 hours from check in to check out……..at an urgent care!!! 10 stars.
No one ever answers the phone either receptionist or nurses desk.
Horrible worst doctors Corewell health is absolutely terrible…… had enough of this shit
Came in for my hand to get x-rayed and the process was very smooth. Did not have to wait long and the staff were very nice. And I managed to get a referral for the orthopedic the same day thanks to the doctor! Would definitely come again.
Absolutely horrible treatment we received at this walk in! I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from the “nurse” and receptionist. Very condescending and highly unprofessional. Absolutely unacceptable.
