I worked as an RN for Beaumont and it was the worst time of my life. Management micromanages everything, the environment was highly toxic, older RNs eat their young, the turnover rate is so high that RNs get their experience and end up leaving. They closed a unit when I worked there because nobody liked working there. I say you do not have to stay here, once you get your experience just move on to something better.
