My first appt to get established went wonderfully. I received some overdue vaccinations, but my follow up appts for a second dose 6 months later were a disaster. I was left waiting 60mins past my 8am appt time only to be told they were out of stock. Came back the next week, waited another hour, and they were out of stock again! They said they’d call me after a shipment came in. That was 2 months ago and no call.
Do NOT go here if you want to actually feel listened to. Doctor Scott Ruffin will act kind, but will talk over you left and right. She brings up "hey, this could be an issue, lets look into it" and without further explanation, she runs multiple tests that were never explicitly discussed or consented to. She is too casual, and that causes an issue in professionality and consent. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. The billing department is not much help either. It's very clear this office is overworked and understaffed. I've had multiple issues with this office for months now. When I started I made it very clear the things I was hoping to get treatment and medicine for. At the time, the single doctor on staff had no issues treating these conditions. There were multiple miscommunications/lack of communication regarding insurance, technology glitches, prescribed medication amounts all within 3 months.
