In the search for a new PCP I visited this location. The moment the appointment was scheduled they sent me a bill, haven't been seen yet, days before the appointment, they sent me a bill for an insanely high dollar amount. I go the day of the appointment, and I'm told I have to prepay before the doctor will see me for 3 minutes. It's not the money that's the issue here. Waited a hour to be seen for a MRI and still no one came out to assist me, will never be coming back here again!! Totally unprofessional staff !
Dr. Kops is the best. Very sad to see her go
Facility doesn't care about their patients or their well being. They don't work with insurance and refuse to help you with anything, and don't even offer financial aid for their insanely expensive deceptive practices.
