Waited from April to end of August for my daughter to be seen. They never informed me it was virtual, sent me info to set up portal or anything. We drive from Lansing to GR to be told it was virtual for Lansing. I had to wait for them to send me link for portal, set up for myself and my daughter and find a place to do her visit. Needless to say, we missed the appointment because they failed to give info, send info, make contact or do anything knowing we didn’t have a portal. Now, they can’t see her for two months.
