Just had my first consultation. I'm so pleasantly blown away by how nice the staff is! Darla and Dr. Taha got me pumped to take the steps to better my health! They made me feel understood, and I overall appreciate the atmosphere; from the moment the receptionist checked me in, to the staff outside that smiled at me as we crossed paths in the parking lot. Thank you all so much! You all just made my day (:
Warning Dr. Christopher hakim could care less if you live or die. Don't go to this doctor if you want a doctor to be loving, caring, and answer patient concerns as they arise. Dr. Hakim has his golfer RN. Kelsey Olow, do all his dirty work and apologize for all his mishaps of not communicating or getting back to you at all. She also likes to guess what can or should help you instead of consulting with the Doctor first. Dr Hakim is a very caring compassionate doctor. Really took the time to explain everything thorough and made me feel comfortable in the care plan. I have struggled to find a good gastro doctor but this seems to be the one ive been looking for. Im thankful for you guys.
Had phone appointment in October. PA said she would send me for testing, nothing happened. They did not put in the order for the test, never heard anything back from them. Called again, to schedule an in-office appointment.. Lady tells me they are not seeing patients in person, only telephone appointments. How can they diagnose a stomach issue of they will not actually see you or follow through with the testing discussed previously? Very unprofessional on the telephone! The woman on the phone was completely clueless.
