My mom is a very hard poke. Many have had to poke her arms and even hands several times to try and find the best vein. And of course it leaves my mom with painful scars. We went to this lab today and Dania really took care of us. She was so gracious and kind. My mom literally didn't feel a thing when Dania drew blood. We were in and out. I had to shout her out!

Nice, professional people. I was in and out in no time at all.
I'm a healthcare worker myself, so hearing how one of the nurses treated my mom is astonishing. Don't trust this place with your parents, especially if their health lies on the hands of these incompetent people who shouldn't be allowed to operate on other human beings. STAY AWAY. DRIVE THE EXTRA 10 MINUTES AND AVOID THEM.
The medical assistant at the front desk at this location is horrible. Absolutely no people skills and I did not receive quality care.
