This is the worst place I have ever gone for blood work.The customer service is extremely poor. The staff are very lazy, they just setting down they are unprofessional, and disrespectful. They are not willing to help patients and often make rude comments about customers who do not know how to add their names to the waiting list. Instead of assisting people, they treat them with impatience and disrespect. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
I have always had excellent service at this location and have never noticed other patients being rude, but today there was a patient yelling and screaming at the employees. No one should be treated that way. That is very disrespectful. People should feel safe to come to work, not be afraid of someone yelling in their face.
