First time visiting this lab and the staff and the services were exceptional and the in/out was within 20 mins! #5stars!!!
The person drawing my blood was rude and abrasive. Will not be back to this location
Whomever the lady is that’s blonde & creeping up to her 60s at the registration desk and does the blood draw as well needs to be fired. She’s very rude and talks to people like they are dumb.
I would normally give five stars but i'm tired of being treated rudely. It doesn't happen every time but I always arrive in a good mood and make sure that I treat everyone with respect and i don't think it's too much to ask to be treated the same. Right, I don't know what kind of day they've had, but they don't know about my life either.
