We was there 2 hours I've never been to an urgent care that took this long. The staff was friendly and very apologetic they was slammed and I'm sure with how big business runs they are short staffed.
Every. Single. Time one of us needs to utilize their services, they are closed for one reason or another, which means wasted time, fuel, and money. From this point forward, we'll be going straight to the ER regardless, because a business that can't keep consistent hours is worthless, and it's not worth playing Russian Roulette with my family members health as to whether they feel like opening up that day.
