I don't understand the negative reviews on this place. Everyone I've dealt with was great, not just this visit, but every time. From the receptionists, to the RN staff and the doctor. The wait was short. The doctor was thorough and seemed genuinely concerned. Thank you.
The doctor told us my husband just had a bad stomach ache. His appendix ruptured a few hours later. Thanks for the week long hospital stay and thousands of dollars in medical bills
Terrible place we waited so long just for a doctor to come in. Was there for about 3 hours I think we lost track of time. This place is ment to waste your time tremendously. And when they reply to the reviews they are just lying in their review. This place needs better staff because it sucks. It's not urgent care it's waste your time care. Don't come to this place at all. This place needs to stop using lies in their responses and listen to reviews.
Customer service is severely lacking in this healthcare system but so much so in this location, I feel that a review is necessary. I was immediately greeted by Amber C. at the check in station, to say that she was unpleasant and a poor representation for any company that is bothered with improving their patient experience. Absolutely the worst treatment towards my adult cognitively disabled son I EVER experienced!!!! They flat out REFUSED to do a Special Olympics sports physical for him because he is disabled!! WOW!!!! They claimed he would need an MRI .....NOT TRUE!!! THEY JUST DIDN'T WANT TO DEAL WITH MY SON. AND SHE GOT VERY VERY ANGRY WHEN MY SON ASKED HER IF SHE WAS A "REAL" DR.
