I see things have not changed much here. I had Dr. urban years ago did nothing for me. I’ve been to this wound clinic off on for years finally gave up they did nothing for my cellulitis. the office Staff is just rude. There was one nurse there that told me you can leave these bandages on for two weeks I said yeah like leaving a wet diaper on a baby thank goodness I found the Henry Ford Wound clinic Seville and I’ve been going to a doctor there for about six months. Dr urban, and staff has not treated my loved ones well. Lacks bedside manner, condescending in her response. Staff nor the Dr exhibit compassion to the elderly patients.
The doctor was wonderful in his care and the nursing staff was amazing. They were so thorough in their instructions and showing how to care for the wound. Very friendly and cheery. The care we got was outstanding. I highly recommend this facility. I'm so very glad we went there.
Allison treated a foot ulcer that I had. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Thanks to her, I was finally able to heal the ulcer on my foot. I highly recommend this wound treatment center.
Staff and doctor were both very kind. My appointment was easy and on time, and the doctor was direct and informative.
