I had a bad experience having my Ultrasound. It was uncomforable, unwelcoming (no one greets you to provide instructions) and the waiting area was dirty and dark. The US tech grabbed my chin firmly when positioning my neck and she never spoke. I had a CT directly after my US - and it was a much better, pleasant and comfortable experience. Informative, with having very nice techs!
My husband visited for lab work this morning and had a very concerning experience with the phlebotomist, I believe her name was Farah. She was extremely rough while handling the needle. Each time she swapped a vial, she pushed the needle further in, causing a lot of pain. Despite my husband verbally telling her that it hurt, she completely ignored him and continued. We are very disappointed in the lack of patient care and professionalism. This lack of empathy and rough technique is unacceptable for a medical professional.

The person who attended me to draw my blood didn’t even tell me to breathe, she was too abrupt. She was in rush and her attention was terrible I don’t want to go back to this place, before another nurses treated me so well but this time it was the worst visit I wish the hospital start taking recommendations about customer experience and which employees are good an which are not, so sad to make this review I usually like to enhance the places not this type of reviews, I’m sorry worst experience in laboratory
