Terrible emergency room. Nurses doctors all of it
Needed a simple xray to see if my neck is broken. Apparently the staff appears to have no respect for people who can't take pain meds and insult them as if they may be lying then tell them they will have to wait three hours even though they don't need a bed. When I asked for a pillow because even at home I can not sit in a chair they told me they were short on pillows. No. Then when asked to speak with the supervisor, she said the problem was that they were short staffed. Still offered no pillow. If they cannot properly care... read more
My Boyfriend has been chest pains for 2 days. They did an EKG. Sent him in waiting room still with chest pains. Waiting for Hrs now. Not to mention other Patients waiting long hours. Horrible experience. My heart goes out to all the Patients that need care.
