Overall pretty disappointed with the lack of transparency in fee structure despite my multiple requests for clarity, lots of additional steps and fees that need to pay paid for out of pocket such as entity searches. I don't give them one star because their people have been very kind and responsive along the way - but I highly suggest they review their fee structure, transparency, and complex processes.
Poor communication and lack of flexibility to work with all parties involved. I have closed a number of real estate transactions and this is the worst experience of them all.
