This is by far the most unprofessional agency I have worked with. I could name so many people here but the main problem is Keisha W. She was the manager at one time and she is the worst. Unprofessional, rude, and trains staff poorly. No wonder the reviews are bad, everyone that works there from Unique to Andrea have no clue what they are doing. Thank god I am not working with them.
If there’s any way that I can give them zero I will do it. Your HR are not helpful. They are rude! I don’t know why are you hiring them as your HR. I am planning to report them on Texas Workforce Commission. For discriminating someone who’s not fluent in English. You are still talking to them they will hung up the phone. They think they are superior because they are HR?? Wrong! So if you are planning to go to this staffing agency you better think twice!
