Brenda and Olesia are great, very helpful in creating a new account and explaining all details. Location in Groton is good also, lots of parking and easy to visit. Services seem to be working great, online portal is much better than my other FCU account.
I love banking at core plus have been a member for over 20 years. Melissa, Olesia and Brenda make banking 10 times greater with their great personalities, Every time I go in with the pup they give him a treats, pets and love. Let me also mention the Kasasa banking and the up to 3 days direct deposit. Who wouldn't want their check before Friday. Love the girls at all the office even Nicole the manger of Waterford...
