This Pilates class was fantastic. The instructor (Anny) paid close attention to form and offered helpful cues and modifications, which made the class feel both safe and effective. The workout was challenging in the best way, and I felt stronger and more aligned afterward. Such a great experience. I can’t wait for my next class!
