They had me waiting 2 weeks for a prior authorization for a medication. I have called and left countless voicemails with no call backs just to tell me my doctor isn’t with them any more and the Prior Authorization person only works for 4 hours a day. They also didn’t know she was on vacation for 2 weeks so now there is a pile up and I have to wait for my medication. I will definitely be switching to somewhere more organized and professional.
I like going here but getting any type of prior authorization for my health sucks. No one answers the phones. I have left voicemails for a week with no follow up. If you have a real health problem I would urge you to stay away.
I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr Sara Wisniewski. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely seen and cared for, not rushed or dismissed, but truly listened to. She takes her time, explains everything in a way that actually makes sense, and makes sure you are comfortable every step of the way. She is truly the best doctor I ever had. After years of caring service by Dr. Richter, it's sad to see that this place has just become a place more interested in making money, than actually keeping their word and taking care of their patients. Time to find another doctor after years of having a great one.
Everyone at the White Lake office is knowledgeable, efficient, and very friendly.
