They hardly ever answer the phone – today it took me 12 tries before someone finally picked up. When I explained that I wanted to change my appointment, I accidentally said “Friday” instead of “Monday.” Instead of simply helping me, the staff member became upset and kept insisting that I said Friday. I told her I made a mistake and simply asked, “Now what can I do?” Considering it took 12 calls just to reach someone, the rudeness and dismissive attitude were completely unjustified.
