I've been working with Bri for a few months now, and she is great! Our sessions are something I look forward to because she gives me challenges, but they aren't something I feel intimidated by. I always feel refreshed after our sessions, though a little bit sore, and Bri is great!! She always makes sure the atmosphere is welcoming and up beat, and that makes the actual exercising part feel easier.
I've been with CoreLife for 6 months. Everything about my experience has been super positive, from the front desk team, to my case nurse Brandon, my nutritionist Kate, and my trainer Briana. Briana is who I most interact with as I see her twice a week for individual workout sessions. Briana guides me through my workouts, teaches me about form and makes sure I don't overdo myself. Great Team! The staff are very nice. Every time I come in I am greeted by Britt and the young lady who sits next to her (so sorry to not know her name). Bri is awesome! I have been training with her since his first week. She knows her stuff and genuinely wants you to be successful in your journey and personalizes it just for you! Great place to learn the correct dietary lifestyle. Also the strength training, balance/mobility and personal training are A+. Bri is a fantastic trainer making sure you have proper form during class.I definitely recommend this place as it has helped me with my weight loss and makes me feel physically & mentally better
