Great place to learn the correct dietary lifestyle. Also the strength training, balance/mobility and personal training are A+. I definitely recommend this place as it has helped me with my weight loss and makes me feel physically & mentally better
Fitness trainer, Brianna, is a wonderful addition to CoreLife Easton. She is very knowledgeable, especially working with an older population or with clients who are just beginning their fitness journey. A watchful eye for form and the ability to meet her clients where they are, while working towards progression to become fit and strong on an individual basis is the hallmark of trainer whose focus is on making your fitness journey safe and successful.
