Core life in silver spring is such a great place. Khidr the personal trainer is always pushing me to do the best I can and all around a really good trainer. Jasmin the front desk is super friendly and always happy to help and Melvina is such a great person to talk to.
I'm definitely seeing results.
This is a shout out to CoreLife @ Silver Spring, MD. The staff are excellent and professional. I LOVE to work with Khadir, my trainer. He is very personable and pushes me -- but in a fun way! The staff at the front desk are always on top of things. I have always had great interactions with them. I 100% recommend the program at Silver Spring!!
