I am a tenant at a space owned by Coreland Companies. Tracy, the main person, is conniving. She is very deceitful and is rude. She will pretend to be nice to you when she needs you to donate something to her daughter's school. This property management company is anti-tenant and pro-owner. I have worked with the Irvine Company, BH Properties, and other firms. They took over my property right when I signed the lease and did not know how to guide me.
