Great bank. The best service of any other banks in town. They are big enough to have locations sprinkled all over to where you're never more than a few minutes away from at least an ATM machine. They are still small enough to have that "community bank" feel. Friendly staff.

The manager Ive spoken to has always been wonderful, the woman I got this morning was rude and unwilling to help or figure out how to help. Danielle I hope you learn more skills this week so maybe you wont feel the need to be so rude when you dont know how to fix something.

Always have transactions pending for multiple days, double charge you to transfer money to cash app so it will take twice as much as you had sent and take for ever to clear the charge.

The manager always is laughing at me when I go into this location she is rude very short with people an she told me that it's not my fault that I'm insecure about myself how can u tell a customer that there insecure about there self then when I stuck up for my self the fake cop that in there was like you want me to call the cops please due because it's your worker who is being the bully an he never called them THIS MANGER NEEDS TO BE FIRED 💯PERCENT

I have never found a bank with such dangerous password policies for online banking. If I didn't have to bank here, I wouldn't.
