These classes leave you feeling amazing with challenging moves for your core, lower body, and upper body. Most moves are done slow and controlled with the instructors guiding you through each one while also providing modifications if/when needed. I love Geni as an instructor who keeps the energy and variations fresh each class. The minutes fly by and there is nothing like Lagree pilates!
2022- Well as you can see from my first review, I’m STILL LOVING CoreBody Pilates Plus! So much in fact, I became Lagree certified and teach here now. So yeah, I’m 100% into to this place. Staff has new instructors (who are all AMAZING in their own way) but the studio and method hasn’t. We look forward to meeting and challenging you, and being part of your journey so don’t be shy. I love this LAGREE studio. After having 2 babies by c-section and a desk job I needed a serious change. I am so happy I came to CoreBody Pilates (going on 3 years now). I can now feel my glutes, and I haven’t felt this strong for a really long time! All the trainers are wonderful, and consistently challenge you. The studio is very clean, and a great atmosphere. If you have been thinking about trying a class, just get in here and try it.
Love going to Pilates here! Such an amazing full-body workout and great experience! Highly recommend!
